Ryan Garew has been an Account Manager with our team for the past four years. With a background as a college baseball player, Ryan brings a strong team-oriented mindset and a competitive spirit to his role. He is passionate about helping customers navigate their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.

In his personal time, Ryan enjoys playing video games, gardening, and taking long walks on the beach with his wife, Carly. Together, they have one son and three beloved dogs, making for a lively and loving household.

Chris Cloy is a dedicated Account Manager from North Augusta with two years of experience in the insurance industry. His passion lies in helping people understand and protect their personal assets, making him an invaluable resource for our customers.

Outside of work, Chris stays active in his church community and enjoys traveling, playing disc golf, and watching his kids play sports. Married for eleven years to his wonderful wife, Jennifer, Chris is a proud father of two amazing daughters: Emily, who is 17, and Alayna, who is 10.

Chris is currently focused on growing our small business customer base, leveraging his expertise and commitment to customer service. His dedication to both his family and his work makes him a key member of our team.

Kirsten Lee is a dedicated part-time Customer Care Representative who has been in the insurance industry for two years. Kirsten thrives on meeting new customers and learning something new every day, making her a valuable asset to our team.

Kirsten lives in Augusta and comes from a big family, which has instilled in her the importance of community and connection. A retired military member, she brings a unique perspective and disciplined approach to her work.

In her free time, Kirsten enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time at the gym. She is also a proud dog mom to her beloved pet, Chapo. Kirsten's diverse experiences and passion for customer service make her an integral part of our team.

Jenna Bolio is a dedicated Customer Care Representative in her first year with our team. Originally from Aurora, Colorado, Jenna now calls South Carolina home. Her passion for connecting with customers and understanding their unique needs has quickly made her a valuable asset to our organization.

Growing up in a military family with both parents serving in the Navy, Jenna learned to adapt to change and "roll with the punches" from a young age. Now married and adjusting to Army life with her husband, she continues to embrace new experiences and challenges with enthusiasm.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending quality time at home with her husband and their German Shepherd, Bravo. She loves exploring new restaurants, playing guitar, and hitting the trails with her husband. Jenna's diverse background and adaptable nature make her an integral part of our customer care team.
